A slice of life from a vicar’s wife perfectly captures
my beginnings and experience of a child growing up during the second world war.
I give the reader a look behind the scenes of falling
in love and marrying the curate, with family holidays locums in
different parishes. The friendship between my husband and John Betjeman through
the years
It includes cartoons drawings Illustrated by me when my
husband suffered a stroke . How we overcame it. And found humour insituations
during this time.
The inspiration of the book was inspired by one of my
paintings called “the woman of Jerusalem, I believe my book is exciting and
offers a uniqueness of insight into the lives of famous people I met.k
